Colorful Miracle Balloon is the first track in the Soutsugyou Album character song collection. It is performed by Minase Inori and Ari Ozawa, the voice actors for Yuki Takeya and Kurumi Ebisuzawa respectively. This track features Emiri Katou, the voice actor for Taroumaru.

The music was composed by Kota Mori.  Lyrics are by Aya Harukazu, who also wrote the lyrics for 'Dear My Friend', the first ending theme for A Certain Scientific Railgun.
